By creating an account or using Cramwise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Cramwise after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Cramwise lets you upload notes and photos, which our AI turns into flashcards and quizzes. It tracks your study streaks, accuracy, and progress, and helps you identify and practice weak spots. You're responsible for the material you upload and for how you use the study content Cramwise generates.
You need an account to use Cramwise. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You keep ownership of the notes, photos, and other material you upload ("your content"). By uploading it, you give Cramwise permission to process, store, and use it to generate flashcards, quizzes, and related study material for you. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that's unlawful, infringing, or violates someone else's privacy.
Flashcards and quizzes are generated automatically by AI based on what you upload. AI-generated content can contain mistakes — treat it as a study aid, not a guaranteed-accurate source, and double-check anything important against your own materials.
Don't use Cramwise to upload illegal content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Cramwise offers a free tier and may offer paid subscription plans ("Cramwise Pro") with additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's own terms, including auto-renewal and refund policies.
Cramwise is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated study material will be accurate or complete. Use your own judgment when studying with Cramwise-generated content.
To the extent permitted by law, Cramwise and its creators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including academic outcomes based on Cramwise-generated study material.
You can stop using Cramwise and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
